We hope you love your skincare products as much as we do. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used or opened skincare products

Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle (unless the full bundle is returned unopened)

Gift cards or digital products
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to info@hollystottbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
